We stand behind every bottle of FULRA. If the product is not working for you, we will refund you in full within 30 days of delivery, no questions about your hair situation.

30-day money-back guarantee

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. Send us a quick email at contact@fulra.shop with your order number and we will start the return process.

You do not need to send back unopened bottles unless we specifically ask for them. For opened bottles, please describe briefly why the product did not work for you. This feedback helps us improve the formula and shade range.

How the refund works

  1. Email contact@fulra.shop with your order number.
  2. We confirm your refund eligibility within 24 business hours.
  3. We process the refund to your original payment method.
  4. Funds return to your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Free bonuses (brush, shampoo)

The Applicator Brush and the Anti-DHT Shampoo are free gifts included with eligible packs. You do not need to return them when requesting a refund on your cream order.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrived damaged, opened, or contains the wrong shade or pack, email us with a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement at no cost.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong shade, we will swap it. Email us with your order number and the shade you actually want. We ship the replacement immediately and provide a prepaid return label for the original (US only).

Refunds outside the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We will always try to find a fair solution if you reach out.
