We ship every order from our California fulfillment center within 24 hours of receiving it, Monday through Friday.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Additional markets are being evaluated.
Order processing
Orders placed before 2pm PT on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after 2pm PT, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. Tracking is updated daily by the carrier. If 48 hours pass with no tracking movement, please contact us at contact@fulra.shop.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipping (US) or 20 business days (Canada), email us. We will investigate with the carrier and reship or refund at our cost.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If you spot an error within 1 hour of ordering, email us immediately and we will try to correct it before dispatch.
Customs & duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival, charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
